This appears to be good quality. It is easy to use and puts out a lot of heat. Produces hot water or pure stream depending on your settings and flow rate.Smoke from exhaust is virtually nonexistent.Only issue I’ve had is that the coil produces rust internally and particles will plug the nozzle. I wish it had a stainless heat exchanger coil.Also, if the thermostat went to 300 degrees, this thing would rival the true commercial units out there.

I like the unit especially the fact I can have high pressure hot water while using a separate pressure washer (Easier to deal with when mechanical issues arise) and able to keep at least one of the units operational while other is replaced or repaired. I bought to keep farm equipment clean and it does a great job however I do have minor issues.Issues that need correcting by manufacturer or DIY to make a better unit1. Put another set of wheels on it and increase the size of wheels. this does not really unbalance unit while getting the fuel filter off of the ground ( Big issue in my opinion)This will also help with offloading from trailer, this is a heavy unit that has to be tilted severely to keep from hitting said fuel filter (replacement cost 39) when moving on uneven ground or off-loading from ramp.Would i recommend definitely, Would I DIY this issue definitely

Product is well made. Received in good condition. Shipped on a wooden pallet. Extremely effective in removing 30+ years of grease and dirt from a Jeep YJ frame. Recommend buying a lance to move you back from the cleaning tip. Good gloves are essential. Water temp can be controlled from warm up through scalding blue colored super heated steam.

The second time I used it exploded. After talking to the service center they are sending brand new parts for the brand new unit that exploded. Being a Commercial contractor and a licensed plumber in the state of Oregon I can see that it failed because of the corrosive Parts being used. So far I am very disappointed and very concerned about how long this machine will keep running without it exploding again and maybe hurting somebody.

Only used once so far. Found the inlet swivel fitting leaking (It was a used part on a new machine), North Star was very good about replacing the part for me. Heats water quickly to desired temperature and works well in that respect.My only real complaint is when we have to move this thing. It is not high enough off of the ground to move easily, especially if you have to go over something more than and inch high. It seriously needs larger wheels / tires and struts on the back side of the framework to allow for keeping the machine level while in use. It could also use a system drain plug to remove water in the event of freezing temperatures.

Great product and great company! Has some shipping issues and a tire was damaged but North Star sent the broken parts ASAP! I would deffinatly buy again

Fired the pressure washer up to 190 degrees great product. Just follow the directions on the machine

This unit heats better than the hotsy we had a salesman try to sell us for $9K. We are very impressed!
