Just need to wash that area in the morning with some soap and water so it gets rid of the little residue from the sticker.The texture of the patch is soft to the touch and not much bigger than a quarter. The patch started to work within 30 minutes after putting it on. I have been getting great sleep now and I love it. I feel more rested than I have in a long time. Great value for the money.
