Easy set up, easy to operate!
Fast delivery, set up took about 2 hours to put together and plant one half of the garden. I waited a month and planted the top half to stagger my growing. Took about an hour to plant the top half but only because I couldn’t decide what to plant! I’ve had this up and running since early February and I’m harvesting lettuce daily for a salad or sandwich on the bottom half and should be able to start harvesting from the top row in 2-3 weeks. It makes my green thumb happy to finally have a garden again! No more buying lettuce at the grocery store that just rots before I can get it home!

Defective part how do I contact customer service?
During set up a tiny pin hole was discovered in the drain plug causing it to leak. I’ve tried locating contact info for customer service to no avail to get a replacement plug. I don’t want to return it over this, seems like a nice unit but it can’t be used if it’s leaking water all over. Anyone know how to contact dryades?

One pump did not work
One of the pumps did not work in the unit. Thankfully I was able to insert an air-stone and salvage the unit. Good buy otherwise.

Doesn't take up a lot of space!
So far, so good! I've got tomato plants, pepper plants, and eggplant plants all growing.

Works well but expensive
At full price I would say this hydroponic set up is not worth it. When it is very on sale it is a decent set up. I got mine in December for approx 150$, I've been growing mostly spinach and I did grow a fair amount of purple bok choy as well. The lights are not quite tall enough for most plants, I would recommend sticking to greens, herbs and maybe micro dwarf tomatoes. I would love if you could purchase the stacking poles separately so you could add trellising to the top reservoir.Improvements I'd love to see are the lights having something mounting them into the base as pulling them to raise the lights is quite difficult, and a better way to drain the water, such as a tube already partially connected to the side. I used the drainage hole and it was a huge mess. I'd also really like a better way to reset the light timers, I know you can set it to sleep for 10 hours and then start up again, but that seems annoying as if I am using the 16 hour lights why would I give my plants 2 less hours of light to try and get it to the correct time I want them to start. And I'd like a thicker bottom for the reservoirs so the lights at full extension won't heat the water up on the top tiers killing all your plants. When the bottom tier lights are all the way up they can heat up the top tiers water and kill all your plants so be aware of that.Besides all that I do like the system, it grows rather well and has decent lights. I like the size of the water reservoir and the spread of holes. The nutrients work well and are similar to MasterBlend when you need to get more nutrients. Everything is compatible with Aerogarden pods and net cups which is great, and set up was a cinch.

Easy to Assemble - Missing one Piece
This is such a great quality hydroponic growing system. I have the normal size hydroponic grower with 12 growing stations so I am so excited to start a whole bunch of seedlings in this huge hydroponic growing system. The set up was very simple, the instructions were very clear and the grower itself arrived very securely packaged and in great shape. The only complaint that I have is that the DC power cord that connects the two levels of the hydroponic grower was missing. The cord appears to be standard size, so I should not have a problem ordering a new cord. There is also a bunch of supplies like grow sponges, grow baskets and plant food so all that is needed to get started is seeds. The grower is also adjustable to grow with the plants. This is such a great product, I feel like I really stepped up my gardening game with this hydroponic grower.

Nice Features, But Missing Parts and Overpriced
This hydroponics system has some great features—I really like the dual trays and the ability to switch the grow light spectrum depending on what you're growing. However, it arrived missing some of the cups, which was frustrating. The water level window is nearly useless since it’s hard to see anything through it.It’s a cool setup overall, but for the size and what was missing, it feels overpriced. With better quality control and a clearer design for monitoring water, it could be a solid system.
