Great radio! Bluetooth speaker is a great added feature. Battery life is excellent. Radio and BT speaker worked for two solid weeks on one charge with fairly heavy use (more than an hour each day). Sunlight may have added to battery life as well. Flashlight is a good quality focused spotlight beam. I highly recommend this radio. I bought one for myself and liked it so much I bought two more for my daughters to have in case of power outages at their homes.

This thing fit my immediate need for emergency information and entertainment. Everything on it works well. Solar panel light came in handy. Surprised at how often I reached for this unit instead of other options while camping and looking for something in the dark. Radio found fm and weather band in a semi remote area. If it lasts I will consider it a bargain.

This is a nice little radio. Bought it pretty much like everyone else…….JIC…….the SHTF. Reception is really good. I actually was quite surprised at how many Short Way channels it receives. AM and FM as well as the NOAA weather channel all come in clear also and the sound is very good. When it arrived the internal battery was dead so I thought it would be a good time to test to see how long the radio would function after about 5 minutes of hand cranking and was not impressed. Nothing……cranked away for a solid 5 minutes and the display would not even light up let alone hear any radio so I’m guessing this is just a gimmick and really doesn’t do anything. The instructions do say to fully charge the battery with the supplied USB cable for first time use but I really don’t see what difference that would make. A dead battery is a dead battery and if cranking the hand crank doesn’t give you some sort of charge after 5 minutes of cranking than what good is it. Knowing this now I certainly won’t rely on it and will keep a good supply of 3D batteries. This was the reason for the 4 star rating. Overall for 25$ it’s a pretty good purchase.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great compact design. Two good sources of light in the flood and bar options. Responsive buttons and clear, bright LED backlit screen. USB charging is awesome. Very good sound quality as well. Weather station comes in loud and clear, too. poor quality. the battery goes dead within a few days. I'd love to give it minus 5 stars if I could. please don't waste your money.

This radio receiver was a great price at $18. It auto-scans and set all the preset stations in my area (like a smart TV.) The reception is very good and clear with digital locking. I've only charged it once in 2 month, as it auto charges itself when in bright light or sun. I like it so far and normally use it daily. I hope it continues working a long time.
