These have great tone even with significant hearing loss.
I bought these on a whim because I have significant hearing loss. When I put them on and connected them to my phone via blue tooth, I was pleasantly surprised at how good the tone was. I control volume on my phone. Battery life was more than 10 hours which enough. They weigh very little and are hardly noticeable from that aspect. I'm very pleased to have purchased these bone conducting phones.

Remarkably Realistic Open-Ear Headphones
I purchased these open-ear headphones to enjoy audiobooks while remaining aware of my surroundings. Having tried a similar brand years ago, I braced for temple pressure and subpar sound. Instead, these are so comfortable I forget they’re on, and the audio quality, though not on par with in-ear buds, is impressive. In a business meeting, my phone alarm went off, and I thought it was blaring from my phone, expecting everyone to be disrupted. To my surprise, they hadn’t heard a thing! I’d forgotten I was wearing them, the sound was so natural. I was so impressed I bought a pair for my daughter. The only drawback is that leaning back on a pillow can shift them due to the headband design, so I use earbuds for lounging in bed. Highly recommend!

Not a Bad Choice
Review of the PSIER Bone Conduction HeadphonesThe PSIER Bone Conduction headphones present an appealing alternative for individuals seeking a cost-effective yet quality audio experience. These wireless headphones deliver commendable sound fidelity, particularly suitable for various listening preferences. While users who favor a bass-heavy output may find the sound profile to be somewhat muted, the overall audio performance remains smooth and pleasant. One notable aspect of these headphones is their design, which prioritizes comfort and usability during physical activities such as running or cycling. However, it is worth mentioning that the absence of a carrying pouch detracts from their portability and convenience. Providing users with a dedicated storage solution would enhance the product's overall appeal. The microphone functionality is adequate for phone calls; however, commands intended to control music playback have proven less reliable in practice. Users attempting to issue commands while engaged in physical activities may experience limitations in responsiveness. In summary, while the PSIER Bone Conduction headphones are an attractive option for those seeking quality sound at an affordable price point, there are areas for improvement—particularly regarding user interface functionality and portability accessories. Despite these drawbacks, they remain a solid choice within their category.

Multifunction button working improperly
Bought in March 2025, was working as expected when suddenly, just a week ago, I could not pause the music via the headphone multi function button. Instead of pausing the music(Pandora), it opens Alexa Voice Assistant!! I looked at both Alexa app settings and the headphone settings and could not find a way to disable Alexa/Psier connectivity. Attempted correcting it by unpairing and pairing to no avail.

Perfect phone companion!
Raise your hand if you like putting your cell phone to your ear for phone calls.... or video chatting in public spaces with your speaker on full blast so you can hear and share your full conversation with everyone around you....I don't see your hands in the air! Well, I'm not a fan of either, so I was in search of a better way to make phone calls. This bone conduction set hit all the marks for me. They are both comfortable and clear. I can make calls with them on while out and about and yet still hear what's going on around me which keeps me safe. They are also great for video conference calls. My favorite is the ability to listen to my audio books while completing other tasks. The battery life is great as well which is perfect for weekends where I want to listen to my books while doing chores. I was able to easily connect to my android phone and my laptop. I highly recommend. This was without question a great purchase.

Not terrible but not happy with them
Pros:The headphones worked and are still working. The sound has good clarity when playing music, watching videos, or talking on the phone. They stayed on while exercising. They weren’t terrible for the price I paid. They were easy to connect to your Bluetooth devices. They charged up quick and the headphones lasted a good while.Cons:They weren’t very comfortable. The weight of the speaker that laid on the outside of your ears made them sore. Earlier I said the sound was clear but the sound wasn’t loud. I always had the volume maxed out. The back part design of the bone conductor went excessively past the back of my head. I expected some overage but not that much. Not my first experience with bone conductor headphones either.
