What is the difference between the v002d and the v002o?

My desk backs to a wall, but I can pull it out some. How much clearance is needed, i.e. how far do the arms project off the back?

Hello! Thank you for your question! The C-Clamp requires about a 1/2" or so behind the desk to clear. The arms can extend a max of approximately 6" back. This will differ depending on how the monitors are positioned, the monitors can be pulled together without the arms moving back at all but this will also put the arms father forward over the desk.

My acer h223h (10 lbs) will not stay upright. the left arm joint that attaches to the monitor keeps dropping. is it broken or is there an adjustment
