Will this lock work on a gun case ?

NO! Per federal law : YOU are the only one to have a key to open your gun case and must secure it after it is checked by tsa!

How much does each lock weigh?

They are very small and the weight is minimal - less than an ounce. These are great locks! I've used them for several trips with no issues.

Is the cable flexible? Will it bend 90 degrees?

Yes the cable is flexible and I believe it would bend 90 degrees

Do you have these same locks but with combination? Or you have just keyed only?

The only ones I saw were keyed.
