Sorry I can't help you with that. I used them inside. The balloons are thick and none of them popped when we were blowing them up. Hope that helped.

How long did it take for you to assemble? I want to make sure I have enough time before the party starts to do it.

At least a couple of hours. However it all popped very quickly once outside.

Does it come with an arch to attach the balloons to? Other arch kits have a plastic arch you attach the balloons to. I need to free stand it not stick

It comes with a long plastic strip that you hook each ballon into, and then you shape it into what you want. It is not free-standing, you would have to have a background or something to clip it to.
