Can you take the top off and open it?

Dear customer The top of this product can not be took off or opened.The battery slot for taking the battery is at the bottom of the product.

Is it dangerous to leave on all the time like using it for a main lamp?

It is battery powered but also has a USB cord to plug into the wall. I’m not sure if it’s dangerous to keep on all the time. I wouldn’t think so

does it come prefilled with water or do you have fill it yourself?
