This is is the ingredients from the berry and cherry mix: water, high fructose corn syrup, maltodextrin, apple and pear juice from concentrate, natural and artificial flavors, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate, red 40, yellow five, blue one

While I am not 100% sure it would be my very best guess that they are ... these Italian Ice products are so good ! You will not be disappointed in them. It may so in the description details on Amazon if it contains gluten. I hope I have helped you in some way !

Is this 2 96ct boxes for $28?

I just got 1- 96ct box, I can't remember the price but it was at least 1/2 that amount. They are very good though. The italian ice isn't as hard as regular popsicles. Hope you enjoy! :)
