Good.. though i could not 100% figure out its effectiveness

I am extremely happy with most Doctors best products and this one too has fulfilled my expectations. I personally have found it beneficial for my overall health and I basically take it as a preventative measure for clots and overall blood viscocity. But this product must be taken after consulting a medical doctor and taking his approval.

I have doubts about it's effectiveness, when it takes 5 to 6 days to reach me, with outside daytime temp. @ 40 deg. CChinese research shows zero activity when exposed to temp of 37 deg. C and above. So, I have serious doubtsabout it's effectiveness, with such high atmos. temp. We don't have labs to check fibrinolytic activity, where I am.
