Bought to replace a ghastly blue rope washing line that started to shed blue fibre and thankfully snapped. With anchor points and pole already in place it was easy to install, although tying a knot was tricky. The tensioners allowed me to adjust once the line was securely attached to the pole, although you can't adjust it like a guy rope on a tent, more a case of feed it through the plastic and then re-attach to the anchor point, but I got the job done.In use the brown colour looks neutral in the garden and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. I've had a load of washing on today and no sagging. It does feel solid and reassuring, unlike cheap plastic line.To cut I used wire cutters, it took some effort but that fills me with confidence about it's strength.Happy to have paid a bit more to get a quality product that should last a long time.

Sturdiness, colour and value for money

I need to cut the line into different lengths to provide tethering in the garden eg between fence posts. The line is so durable that I am having real problems cutting it! Can you recommend a cutting method? Should I buy a particular type of wire cutter, and can you recommend a type of wire cutter? Thanks

Purchase another washing line prior to purchasing this and sent it back due to how flimsy and stretchy it was, this line is far superior to the previous one, very strong, nice and thick and no sag after use, would highly recommend!

Clothes line

I bought one if these lines and thought I'd get another, just in case. I didn't want to be stuck when it eventually snapped or the plastic cover list it's plasticity and started cracking. Trouble is neither has happened. We have reasonably long lines and pretty heavy washing. They're good.

Good strong washing line, fit for purpose

Our 8 year old rotary line suffered a couple of broken lines. This is a great replacement although I can advise it’s slightly thicker than the original Vileda line it replaced. It wouldn’t fit in the OEM tensioners so I bought some crimp clips which hold it far tighter. Be aware you need some super strong cutters to actually get through this line when fitting it to size. I anticipate it’ll last for years assuming that the plastic coating doesn’t embrittle with UV! That said the listing states a lifetime guarantee is included for peace of mind!

Materiale notevolmente resistente, con difficoltà ad effettuare un taglio nel caso non si posseggano gli adeguati strumenti. Consiglio vivamente per coloro che necessitano di avere un filo di resistenza elevata per sopportare carichi pesanti e agenti atmosferici rilevanti.

sembra un buon prodotto...il colore è lo stesso della foto...sembra resistente e facile da installare,morbida al tatto...installata da pochi giorni per stendere il bucato e fa la sua funzione...il metraggio è quello indicato quindi lo consiglio
