A good product if taken regularly
A good supplement for hair growth.I had to take it for at least 3 months to see a noticeable difference,maybe 15-20% thicker.It's no magic pill.Takes effort too.I've noticed.Also any sort of stimulation to the scalp helps-Even exercise- the sweating and increased blood flow help thicken the hair.

Amazing for hair nail and skin
I bought this because recently I was facing extreme hair fall issue and I tried several things to stop hair fall and finally decided to give it a try, I am noticing a clear difference after using it for a couple of weeks only.
