It does the job.
The board itself is fine and after 5 weeks usage is definitely making a difference.The workouts on the accompanying sheet include "Explosion" on some days, however it doesn't tell you what "Explosion" is. I'd love to know.

Surprisingly very good. You get a very good pump on the chest and triceps. Far more intense than your standard press ups, with all the different muscle types it activates
