Can whip it up similar to a regular egg
This is the first egg replacer I've used that could actually be mixed with water and beaten. That's helped the texture in my baked goods. Taste seems neutral. I previously used Ener-G egg replacer and this seems to bake better.

Prevents heart attacks!!
I’ve had high cholesterol for more than 15 years and refuse to take stattens to lower the counts. Additionally, I have a serious pancake addiction and that too is not resolvable. This Orgran egg replacement has allowed me to feed my pancake addiction while preventing my cholesterol numbers from increasing. I recommend this product to anyone who doesn’t want a heart attach and needs to eat eggs in pancakes (or waffles)!

Decent for a lot of things
This is one of the better powdered egg replacements we've used, I can bake quite a few things with it, but still prefer the Just Egg liquid if it's available

IT DID NOT MAKE THE CAKES RISE LIKE REAL EGGS DO . CAKE S DENCE AND HEAVY, LIKE LARD

Best egg replacement i have ever purchased. We are vegan and have tried them all. This works for every recipe you can think of. We bake a lot, even works for egg whites. Will continue to purchase.

Like adding cement to my gf baked goods😖
I had such high hopes for this egg replacer and I was greatly disappointed.I generally use chia or flax seeds in my vegan gluten free baking and those produce fantastic results so I thought I’d splurge on this stuff because it was fancy , kind of expensive and from Europe yet! Oolala!Sadly, the cookies and the cake I tried to make using my tried and true recipes came out like rocks.I mean I was honestly afraid I was gonna chip a tooth!Maybe it just doesn’t work well if you aren’t adding fats?I have a fairly strict low fat, gf/ df, low sugar diet that I must to follow due to health issues, so perhaps that’s why you could use my baked goods to break out of an actual prison, but I have to say this didn’t work for me at all and I’m kinda sad about it.

Excited!!
I'm super excited to try out this egg replacer. I'm happy with everything except that the box was open and damaged. It appears that the bag containing the replacer is still intact though.
