There are other similar products for a much better price that I think work just as effectively, although something about this particular product felt especially effective. Perhaps it's a price-point placebo effect, or the fact that it's smartly packaged in actual glass, but I'd say this is the best quality hypchloric acid I've tried, and I've tried at least four different kinds now. So if you're looking for the best of the best and don't have a budget? Get this one. Otherwise, other brands work well too. Lasts a long time too.

I've been using Avenova daily since it was a prescription only product. It's a fine lash cleanser that instantly removes lash makeup and debris. The instructions clearly state that the eyes must be closed when using the product, otherwise it will burn - as I learned the hard way....Highly recommend it for dry eye therapy.

I have been using Avenova Eyelid Cleanser for several years. It was originally recommended to me by my optometrist.I have significant dry eye syndrome. I am grateful that I can purchase my Avenova from Amazon. To me, it is the best eyelid cleanser. It is very effective in cleansing my eyelids, but does not cause any irritation. I would certainly recommend it to others.

I got Blepharitis after having cataracts surgery and dry eye, I’ve been using the drops for a year now, I use twice a day but I still have dry eye and Blepharitis, now I’m spraying my eye lashes first and then clean them with a piece of clean cloth , I think they are a little better but I still get Sty so I’ll keep on using them to follow my eye dr. Orders , will see, hope they work.

I have been using the lid / lash cleaner for about a year now. I have dry eye and it has helped clean out the tear glands! My dry eye is better I have reduced eye drops from hourly to 2x per day!

My eye doctor recommended to help clean and protect my eyelids. It feels good when applied and seems to be helpful -- when I ran out for a few days, I missed it! Plus, once the contents are used up, you are left with a cute little spray bottle for paper crafting or other uses.

Great product.But -IMPOSSIBLE to open the shrinked wrapped spray bottle.Tried using fingernail, scissors, knife, pliers, jaws of life and a fork lift - impregnably impervious to all attempts.

Daily use of this product can be very helpful in eliminating styes and mites that can live in the base of your eyelashes. Best used after gently heating your eyes for ten minutes with one of those microwaveable eye heating pads.
