Bought this to use with my BOdi exercise program subscription. I use it during Sure Thing and its been great. One thing though is that it doesnt move as smoothly on carpet as it does on hardwood/non carpeted floors even though i use the side meant for carpet surfaces so one less star for that. Otherwise, it does the job.

Ordered because Sculpt Society ones were on back order and these were far cheaper. Work great on both flat and carpeted floors. Light weight. Would recommend.

I've been trying these to switch up my core workouts. They are just okay. They glide well only on mats, not very much on hardwood or other flooring types. Size is good and they're not too heavy.

I got these for my 11yo daughter to practice her splits on our carpeted floor. These work a little too well on carpet and glide very easily. She now doesn't have any excuses that the floor is preventing her feet from sliding.
