Rather pricey but delicious. Kinda like grape nuts only better and more healthy.Great with coconut milk.Perfect for an evening snack too.Will and have bought again.

Terrible tasting.
I purchased this cereal because it had really good reviews. The cereal taste terrible. I understand that it’s healthier for you, but there are other brands out there that are just as healthy and taste 100% better.

Bring back the cereal FLAKES
Sad to know I can no longer find the Ezekiel 4-9 cereal FLAKES. They were very healthy and mixed well with fruit, honey., yogurt, and whole milk.Let me know when they are available for purchase again and I’ll buy them again
