Had to replace my previous one that finally died on me after many many years of constant use. Took a chance on this seller and I'm glad I did. I will admit the purple color drew me in as it is one of my favorite colors. Only thing I was unsure of was the pivoting head as my last one didnt have one. But now that I have used it for quite some time, I will say I love that feature! Its actually more precise and I can get closer around my eyebrows. I also use it on my upper lip and chin and it definitely trims away unwanted facial hair leaving nothing but smoothness! I'm not in to waxing so this is my go to and again, I love it!

The first unit would not always start when I turned on the switch. Then it would sputter and was too weak to remove hair unless I shook it, then it would start up. Thinking it was a faulty unit (and not a bad design) I bought a 2nd, but it had the same problem.I bought a competitors unit a couple months ago and it is far superior, since the switch always works solidly, and the power is many times more.

This is my second one. The first one I bought probably 15 years ago. So durability kids not a question. Love it keep it in my purse, I actually made a little carrying bag for it so I could take the batteries out when it was not in use and still have it with me. A product you will use all the time.

It's not high quality but it certainly gets the job done. My only concern is that the head rocks back and for the while you are trying to use it. For the price I probably could have gotten something very similar elsewhere less expensive.

I’m always disappointed in these trimmers. They never work on my chin hair but work on the ‘peach fuzz’ that I call my ‘monkey fuzz’ I just wish they really cut the chin hairs. They are hard for me to see as, since I’m old, they come in white!

This is good to use in a pinch for excess hair on your face when you don't have time to wax. It does not remove the hair closely by any means, but it is convenient to have if you need to do a quick trim in a small area.

I ignored the negative reviews and got it. It works amazing! I really love how I can get rid of eyebrow hairs, peach fuzz, and how I can even cut slits into my brows. It is a great product for a great price!

The blade seems like it scratches your skin and gives you like a burn.
