I bought this doll for my granddaughter, Evangelineabout six months before her birthday. She wanted her so much. I wanted to surprise her~today was her birthday party, I noticed the box was slightly damaged, when it came in. I noticed that it was wrapped in bubble rap. I thought it would be fine. Evangeline opened it today & the dolls head was broken in about five pieces. I was devastated because she was so excited to get her doll. She was so disappointed, it broke my heart.My message to others about this doll is check it as soon as you receive it. I've lost the money for the purchase of the doll. Now I need to purchase another doll for her. I am just disappointed about what happened today.

Appeared to be a pretty doll. Her box was crushed upon arrival. It was shipped inside a bag. She herself was wrapped in bubble wrap and taped. It caused her hair to be stuck to the tape. After inspection of the doll itself she appeared to be in tact but was very cheaply put together. There was hot glue residue on her dress and part of the dress was stuck together. Her bodice was stringy with fabric and glue residue. Her hair was tangled. I was very unhappy with the cost of this item and what I received.
