A must read for all who want to improve their relationship with food!
I truly can't say enough wonderful things about Lindsey Smith's book, "Food Guilt No More". I came across this book and fell in love instantly! Her book is so engaging and loaded with wonderful information that spoke so true to my heart. I started reading it and could not put it down. I love how she demonstrates the relationship to food many of us experience, yet don’t want to talk about. It is as if she were speaking directly to me. Her stories felt as if they were my own. I love her message in this book to "Think good thoughts. Eat real Food. Love yourself and Repeat as necessary”. I can completely identify with what she was saying about how our relationship with food can stem from a childhood situation or memory. I didn't realize how much I connected with what she was talking about until I had the privilege of reading her heartfelt words of her own journey with food. I love how she gives simple tips to change our relationship with food to no longer place guilt around it. I do believe (even more so after reading this helpful book) that food is a wonderful pleasure to be enjoyed and appreciated because it is what keeps us alive and fills us with the nutrients our bodies need, and not to think about it in a negative way. Lindsey’s book is loaded with wisdom and authentic encouragement. I felt so uplifted and inspired after I finished it!

This is truly a wonderful and extremely creative book
This is truly a wonderful and extremely creative book! I really appreciated how the author shared her story throughout the book, little by little, and perfectly paired it with relevant topics and recipes. I think most people can relate to the discussions in this book and the author's experiences, even if they do not have significant issues in their relationship with food. I also LOVED the affirmations with each recipe. It reminded me of a vegan restaurant I used to go to and they did similar things, including asking what you are grateful for at the end of the meal. The author's approach to mindful eating and enjoying every part of the meal is so rewarding and balancing. I also completely agree with her discussion of how our mood goes into our food when we cook, and my son knows that the #1 ingredient in all food I cook for him is love. Lastly, I had fun reading this book. It could be a stressful, depressing topic, but this book is incredibly positive, encouraging, and pressure free. Highly recommended!

Food Freedom!!
~This is not just a wonderful cookbook with nutrition solutions, but also an amazing guide to making you feel great just the way you are! One of my favorite parts of 'Food Guilt No More' is "Body Love." These are action steps we can each take to start living and eating for ourselves. It is such an important message for ALL to hear, especially women. I can't wait to give this to my teen daughter to read so she can it and always know, she is "enough." Thank you.Lindsey Smith is a storyteller. She shares, in her own words, her struggles and how she has overcome her own feelings of guilt to live a healthy, happy life! As recovering sugar addict myself (not to mention being catholic) I too have spent far too many hours, even days feeling guilty about my food choices. But no more! Thank you Lindsey for sharing your story and wisdom with us all.

Decode and Satisfy Your Cravings!
Lindsey hits the nail on the head with Food Guilt No More. She shows us how the difference between a harmful or nourishing food is actually the way we perceive it and value it, not it in how many calories or how much fat it contains. She shows us how our cravings are meaningful and that a high fat food can in fact be nourishing, if that is what our body truly needs at the time. Lindsey also helps us decode our cravings and learn how to satisfy them in a way that will be most beneficial to our bodies. Well done! Fun, informative and yummy read!-Marie Ann Mosher#1 Bestselling AuthorLifestyle Design Master

Lindsey writes with a warmth and sincerity that makes you feel like you're not being judged but understood
As someone who has struggled with an eating disorder for over 25 years I thought I knew everything about my eating issues and why I do the things I do. This book gave me an epiphany about one specific issue to do with my eating and it has given me hope. Hope that now I have identified why I have this particular issue I can now come up with a strategy to finally beat it. Lindsey writes with a warmth and sincerity that makes you feel like you're not being judged but understood. She wants to help. Definitely worth reading!
