It works great to keep the drinks warm. I like to drink hot teas, but you know the tea is getting cold super fast in this cold weather. I used to warm it up with microwave and my friend recommended this mug warmer which is a amazing keeps the drink warm all the time and just put my tea cup on top of it. It can start to warm up my drink once I put the cup on top of it and I don’t have to turn it on which is very convenient. Love my purchase!

This thing is a joke. First of all, the box it came in wasn’t for the product I ordered, so I initially thought I was sent the wrong item. When I opened it, however, it was correct. The actual product is a joke. 1, it barely gets hot. At its highest temperature, I was still able to hold my hand on the burner. And 2, the actual warming area is SMALL. The description says the warming area is 3.5 inches wide. WRONG; it’s barely 2.5 inches. See my picture. This thing is going back.

you have to plug into a computer. I was under the impression that you could plug in an outlet but that wasn't the case when I opened the box this morning. I plugged to my work computer and it kept my coffee warm a bit longer than usual but the plate doesn't get as hot as I thought. I should have the reviews more or bought it from a different seller.

First of all, this is a warmer, not a hot plate. It keeps my mug of coffee from getting cold, but not hot. I guess if it would get much hotter than it gets, it would burn your hand if you touched it by mistake, or start a fire if some paper wound up touching it. Also, there may be a gov't spec to limit the temp. Also, I didn't notice it was powered by a USB connection. I have a 18W USB power supply, so I use that, however I would rather have a 120V power supply, because I don't always have my laptop on in the morning.

i replaced my last one with this for the sole reason that it has a light indicator to tell you that it’s hot!I couldn’t tell you how many times I burned myself with the last one!I am very happy with this warmer! It works well and was a great value!

I’m not sure if it’s the size of my cup or what but this thing does not keep my coffee warm at all. The plate itself is hot but it does nothing for my drink. I do have a wider cup but it still fits within the circle so idk. Will try with a smaller cup and change my review accordingly. At the moment though I am not impressed and a little heartbroken bc I was excited for this - especially with all the good reviews. :(Update: tried with my smaller (and flatter bottomed) coffee cup today, and even tried it with a completely flat candle and the inky temperature change is slight warming of the bottom of the outside of each. Really sad, may try to return if possible with Prime :(

On the package it says that it requires 220v, which is common in many other countries. Here we all have 120v except for special purposes. It comes with only a USB type plug and if you use the typical converter for this the plate gets warm, but not warm enough to keep a cup of coffee or tea drinking temperature. I don't know if the voltage issue is the problem, but in any case, buyer beware.

It is very suitable for winter. Drinking milk, coffee, and cups can be kept warm to prevent them from getting cold. It is very convenient to use. And no power consumption. The appearance is very small and the white looks good. Very worth buying!
