Quick sweet treat!
My sibling/roommate and I have basically been keto/low-carb ISH for a couple of years. I say "ISH" because yes, I eat fruits and potatoes even sometimes rice. But we both like the occasional sweet - and sometimes something quick and easy. When I saw this pop up, I recognized the brand from other things we had purchased over quarantine, so I figured it would be good. The instructions were easy and the assembly was uncomplicated. I popped it into the oven and set the timer for the appropriate time. When I checked it, I thought it was a tad too goopy in the middle, so I left it in for 5 minutes - if I could change it now, I would have covered with aluminum foil. The brownies were delicious - soft and gooey in the middle and firmer on the outer edges. The outermost edges did taste a bit burnt - hence my comment in the last paragraph.Overall, we enjoyed these brownies. They were quick and easy to make and had good results. The price is quite a bit higher than for your regular "sugar" brownies, but if you want to shell out the cash, this is a good product to do that with.

RICH, SATISFYING, AND FOR THE MOST DIFFICULT TO PLEASE, CHOCOHOLIC!
These are the most amazing, rich low carb brownies on this earth! They are quite easy to make. Just add 2 eggs, butter and stir in the mix! I used the correct sized pan, but found out I needed to cook them about 6 min. longer, as they were still not solidified yet. They were perfect when I took them out....AND...yes...I ate 2 big ones warm. They are so low net carb, that I could have more later, and still be way below my allotted net- carb desert daily limit. They are extremely rich, so I really believe 2 will actually be my daily dessert limit!Even though they are a bit pricey for a small batch....I look at it this way:If I were going into a gormet bakery to buy the most chocolatey, richest brownie that they had....I would most likely be paying at least $3.00 for one. I made 9 brownies...with NO fuss, and got 9 big rich brownies out of the batch. I believe I paid $9.00 for the bag of mix . Do the math...these are 1/3 of what I would pay in a gormet bakery, and I will have the pleasure of relishing them for 2 or 3 days!! ( MAYBE MORE) 𤩠.I need to hide these from the rest of my family...LOL.These are for ME! I am the Keto one, and I will lose weight eating these!!!I had originally put 4 stars for value, but I changed it to 5, after I wrote this!Oh yes...I will certainly be purching these quite often. Actually, in the long run, baking this package is far less expensive, than purchasing a box of ready made Keto brownies. Probably about 1/3 of the cost of the last other brand. Those were okay, but very dry. These are BROWNIE PERFECT. ā¤

Excellent but not outstanding
Brownies were very easy to make. Batter tasted very similar to regular store bought brownie mix with a slight dark chocolate taste to it. I ended up cooking the brownies 5 mins longer than the directions. The toothpick test came out fine after 25 mins but the brownies still felt a little squishy so i went 5 more minutes. Brownies do not rise as high as regular brownies. I would say these rise to around 1/4" to 3/8" high. Texture is similar to regular brownies, you even get a bit of "crust" along the edge of the brownies. The taste was very good but not perfect. Still have a bit of dark chocolate taste to it though to me, these are better cold than hot. There are small chocolate chip nubs that do not melt during baking so they end up being a crunch, of sorts. All of that being said, i think these are very good for a keto option and i have no major issues with them other than maybe the chocolate chip nubs not melting and being crunchy. They do satisfy my sweet tooth. I did not check my ketone levels or blood sugar to see if anything spiked. My wife did not like these very well. I would probably buy them again, though not all that often. They are somewhat pricey. Still, i think they are worth it.

Too AMAZING to be healthy!
Someone asked me to try these brownies as a healthy alternative to all the junk food I eat and I just laughed at them. Normally if something says it's good for you, I run the other way! I don't like healthy tasting food... but these tasted sweet and did not taste like healthy tasting food! For those of us who are not currently on Keto or similar diets and used to the tastes of things without regular sugar and additives, it is just a tad teeny tiny bit of a different taste than what we are used to, but it is far more of a sweet delicious taste than I would ever expect. I gave two friends who also balk at healthy stuff a brownie to try. One loved it from the first bite, the other said he didn't like it at first, but then asked for a second one!The packaging was attractive and full of easy to read important information. It was tightly sealed and easy to open. It was not too hard to make either. I think it took me longer to melt butter on the double boiler than it did to whip it all together and put in the oven. It took a couple minutes longer than listed, but I did recall that often other products would mention that different altitudes could affect cooking times. The brownie portions are a bit small for a junk food addict, but possibly too much for a health food addict, but the sizes made for a nice even gooey brownie. Between the three of us, we ate most of them the first sitting and each had one left for later. The flavor was far better than I would ever expect from a healthy option. My neighbor now wants me to order her some to make since she is diabetic and she wouldn't feel guilty about eating these. I would buy these again, but I would hope for a better price on them.
