Get rid of belly fat.
This is the best product ever. I take 3 in the morning with water followed by a cup of black coffee. I’ve lost 95 pounds and my tummy is completely flat. My joints are on point as well.

A good blood thinner and lowers BP
I have been ordering this product for years. It seems to contain high quality ingredients. Although it hasn't helped my joint pain, it seems to keep my blood thin enough and my blood pressure down. In the last shipment, there were broken capsules, so powder was everywhere. I didn't have time to return the bottle and decided to deal with the mess. All in all, recommended.

I take 3 a day. Starts working within a couple days.
I’m 43 and exercise 5-6 days a week. I was experiencing pain all over and in my joints. I feel normal again after taking these consistently.I’m not sure if I’m taking more than suggested, but I take 1 in the morning, 1 mid-day, and 1 before bed. These are effective and started working within a couple days.

Treats my trigger finger without cortisone shots or surgery
This seems to cure my trigger finger (aka hammer thumb) with continued use. I also take bromelain, always on an empty stomach for best results, and high quality magnesium (chelated or combined with malic acid) at night. These capsules sometimes tend to "float" after I take them because they're filled with powder. Because of that, they can get "stuck" in the bottom of your throat, which is uncomfortable but not terrible. If you want to avoid this, take them while eating food so the food keeps them from floating in your stomach. Taking them on an empty stomach with water works ok, but may make the capsules float and get "stuck" more easily. If any pill feels like it's stuck in your throat but you can still breathe, immediately eat a slice of bread with peanut butter or a banana to push it down into your stomach. Any large soft mushy food will work, so think french fries or bread, not rice or nuts. Some pills might irritate your esophagus or the top of your stomach if they get stuck there and dissolve. On the health side, I genuinely believe curcurmin with ginger and black pepper helps prevent the tendon inflammation in my hands which leads to "trigger finger" or "hammer thumb," which is painful and only gets worse over time. If you try to bend or extend your finger and it stops moving then "pops" suddenly, you have trigger finger.I had a surgeon tell me 3 years ago that my only option was having one of the three tendons in my finger severed with surgery to resolve my trigger finger. I didn't believe him and found my own herbal regime that works. I wish I could go back and laugh in his "cut first, always" face.My regimen for joint/tendon inflammation and trigger finger is: tumeric pills and magnesium at night, bromelain on an empty stomach in the morning. If you try bromelain, it's important to take it on an empty stomach because that's how it helps your joints. Taking bromelain with food will "use" the enzyme to break down proteins in your food instead of reducing inflammation in your joints. I never thought HOW you take a supplement matters, but now I'm a believer. I also buy solid bromelain tablets (hard, dense) instead of capsules (outer shell with powder inside) because I believe tablets don't "float" as much in my stomach, risking getting "stuck" in my throat.Overall, it IS possible to manage your joint and tendon inflammation WITHOUT harsh drugs and surgery. I truly wish "western medicine" would open up its mind to this possibly. Had I gotten surgery for my first bout of trigger finger and NOT found a maintenance regimen to treat the issue long term, I would have had surgery in FOUR FINGERS by now, because I have experienced mild trigger finger in three more fingers since my original case. Instead of surgery or constant cortisone shots (not good for your heart longterm), I'll just take a handful of pills, everyday, for the rest of my life.Don't believe everything a surgeon or western "doctor" tells you! Do your own research first. (Unless it's a life-threatening situation, of course).

The best!!!
I had been using a different brand for my pain-arthritis in my neck. I ordered a new batch of the one that previously worked for me...and I realized it was not working for me any longer. Three days of headaches and neck pain and I realized what was going on! I mentioned it to my bro in law who used to take the one I'd been taking...and he mentioned he switched to Natures Nutrition. I ordered a bottle, popped one pill and within a half an hour....my neck pain was gone along with my headache!!!! Hopefully, Natures Nutrition will be able to keep the same supplier for their ingredients. I imagine the source and quality of their ingredients is of the utmost importance. Can't say enough good things about this product. BTW, i got the idea for this product from CR magazine!!! A highly trusted source imho!!!

Some relief, but ... is it a win?
I have taken the liquid turmeric sold on amazon, and now I've tried this. The liquid didn't seem to make much difference. So I did some research and determined that this product should give me enough actual turmeric to help, if turmeric was going to help at all. After a couple of weeks of taking this product, there was a change. My problem was stiffness in the finger joints. And after a couple of weeks, the stiffness was less pronounced. Now it's been a couple of months, and I'm at about the same place. The problem is not as acute as it was, but it's still there. The joints are still somewhat stiff/inflamed in the morning, to where I notice it, but as the day goes one, I don't notice it much. Before I started taking the turmeric, my finger joints almost had to be bent by the other hand to move easily. At least in the morning. Now that's not the case. I can move them as your normally do and while there is still some resistance in the morning, it isn't painful. Is it a win? I can't really say. Maybe my expectations were too high? Maybe I thought the problem would go away completely? That's not the case. As an experiment, I am going to stop taking this for a month and see what happens. If the joints become really stiff in the morning again, then I guess I'll go back to taking it. By the way, I'm taking three capsules once a day, at dinner time. You'll need to drink some water with them, because they are not small! I was told I could even double the dose, or take it twice a day, but that seems like a lot, and the effect from three capsules is reasonable. So I'll stick with what I've been doing. We'll see what we see!
