Q: Are these lids interchangeable with the same size Pyrex lids?

Yes they are. I have both and the lids can be used on either one.

Q: What's the diameter and height?

Outside diameter of 1C bowl = 3-3/4" Inside diameter = 3-3/8" Height = 2 1/16"

Q: How many fit in Instant Pot Duo60?

I do not know. As I do not have an instant pot. I do have a pressure cooker. If you tell me the diameter of your pot I will happily measure it for you. They are great for my use to freezer a portion for one or place in the refrigerator. My husband and I do not eat the same diet and this use is great for us. They go directly to the microwave for reheating or thawing and reheating. The First dozen I bought had lids that were stiff and hard to get off. The next dozen have more pliable lids and are a great improvement. They are now perfect. Thank you Anchor Hocking. One of the most useful things I have ever bought.

Q: Can put this in hot boil water to bake plan in the oven

Yes. I used them to make custard which requires boiling water in the baking pan. Worked perfectly. Of course, the lids are not to be put in the oven.
