Best ramen ever
I absolutely love the black garlic oil ramen. The two separate packets included in each package of noodles are amazingly flavored just on its own. The powdered broth base packet is larger than is typically seen with other instant ramen. The addition of the garlic oil packet takes this soup to a whole new level of quality and flavor. The noodles themselves are even better tasting than other dried ramen. You can make a vary quick and satisfying soup without adding anything else and just following the instructions on the packaging. With a little more effort though you can make it even better and tailored to your individual tastes by adding fresh shredded vegetables, mushrooms and/or seafood during the boiling water step of preparation. I use a pre shredded fresh Asian vegetable blend from the produce section of my grocery store, one bag is enough to make numerous bowls of soup or noodle dishes. I also like to add sliced shiitake mushrooms and pisces of seafood, if I am feeling extra fancy. I add the extra ingredients to the same pot while preparing the noodles which results in perfectly cooked vegetables with a slight bite left to them. Best instant ramen ever outside of a good Asian noodle restaurant. Purchasing this ramen by the case and using the subscribe and save option makes this even more affordable and will keep your pantry stocked for when ever you are in the mood for some delicious ramen.

Delicious for instant Ramen
These are delicious. They are my 3rd favorite all time behind Nissan's Roah Soy and Miso flavors.

Soo delicious
I make these in my mac and cheese cooker. Once the noodles are cooked I pour out the water , add the seasoning and black garlic liquid and because I love creamy noodles I add in a dollop of cream cheese, the noodles taste so decadent . this way. These will definitely make you a bigger fan of garlic and a black garlic enthusiast. I order a jar of black garlic after I first had these noodles because the unami taste is so strong.. the only down side was many of the noodle was broken from shipping box. Value is phenomenal

Love it!
I love the flavor, smells delicious and is very easy and quick to cook. Of course is not compared to real tonkotsu soup but because is a recognized brand is pretty good. You can add a hard boiled egg and ham or the meat of your choice and delicious for a quick prep meal

Good noodles
Each bag contains 3.5oz of noodles and it is quite generous among the brands available on Amazon.com . The noodles are soft after they are cooked( as opposed to kind of crunchy, such as some varieties of MaMa noodles ). The flavor of the soup base( that package of powder that comes with the noodles ) tastes good but full of MSG. I do not find the small bag( also comes with the noodles ) of black garlic oil particular attractive. It is just okay. All in all, this instant noodles is a quick way to fix one's hunger if one does not want to drive out to a fast food joint.

Fantastic value
The only Ramen I like better is the Shin Ramen black, bone broth. This is a close second and the price/flavor ratio can't be beat.

Simply Amazing.
The Black Garlic Oil Ramen has quickly become one of my most favorite flavors to date. So much, that this is now my 2nd ordering of the 30 ct. (Ate nearly all of the 30 packages, so I had to take a break last Winter lol)The flavor can be hard to describe to some degree. It's not an over powering garlic, instead it adds a good blend in the balance of the over all flavor. While not entirely sure what the "base" flavor would be, between myself and others, I tend to believe it has a pork base to it, though it's not over powering either. While I don't add anything to ramen like you would find in a restaurant, if I was going to attempt to do so though, this would be without a doubt the flavor to do it with. I can imagine just how more savory it could be with other ingredients added in.There are 2 packets, one a dry seasoning (which as mentioned prior I believe to be of a pork flavor), and a liquid packet that holds the black garlic oil. And yes, it is black.Unfortunately, unless you are lucky enough to have a store that you can buy them individually, 30ct is a risk as you may not like them. I would suggest search for it and maybe find luck with a much smaller count, or as a friend did, found a variety pack that had 3 additional flavors. (Though it was agreed this was the best flavor over the others.)I personally would highly recommend it, even though Ramen in stores tend to be far more cheaper in cost, this is simply not a flavor I've ever seen at a store. At the moment I write this, 12/8/19, the 30ct costs $24. Cheaper than the last time I bought them if my memory serves me correctly by about $5.
