Bevelini Lemon Juice, 4 Litre

It was obvious that this was nothing but pure lemon juice, quite acid and lemony, but dilute 1:1 with water and add either a little sugar or sweeteners according to taste and you have an excellent, value for money ,high vitamin C drink, lovely chilled in hot summer months, freeze and portion up any excess not used, although I have had mine for some weeks now at room temp with no signs of going off! Excellent value for money! I have now bought my second batch of this juice,why pay a pound or more for 50cc of juice when you can buy in bulk much cheaper and it lasts ages and saves the planet from unecessary waste!

This lemon juice I find to be weaker in flavour than the products I usually find in my local Tesco and Sainsburys and so forth, and I have tested as follows.I primarily use this for making lemonade.I make lemonade by adding 120 grams of this ( I use kitchen scale to get consistency/repeatability of results) into a 1 litre glass bottle which I fill with water and nothing else.However, with this product I need to use a minimum of 200 grams to achieve the same result.I cannot speak to the purposes of baking, but for cooking, such as seasoning chicken and turkey marinade it was fine for that purpose and worked well.So as far as value for money goes, because it is weaker, the ultimate value is roughly equivalent to what I usually buy at Tesco which is currently £2.50 per litre as opposed to this product currently at £2 per litre. The reason I tried this brand is because it is a large quantity at a good price as I drink a lot of lemonade, and so the large quantity is more convenient for me than the 500ml bottles from the local shops.So for me personally it is worth getting.The bottle also leaked a little, which is annoying as it leaked into the delivery packaging, not massively so as to compromise the packaging, but if it doesn't fit in your fridge standing up you're going to have problems, so I decanted it into 1 litre glass milk bottles to keep in the fridge.I cannot speak to whether this happens always or if I just received a leaky bottle this time.

I use for sting a full glass 230mls every morning.. I recommend keeping it in the fridge after opening.

WOW I poured some into my olive oil didn’t think it was strong because of the cayenne pepper So I used some more I had to come back change my review…..it save’s time squeezing lemon’s …I like the taste is lovely it’s strong you wouldn’t believe it I use water bottle’s make up lemon with water & freeze them & take a few out the night before value for money is good over all I’d buy again definitely I’ll make ice cub’s with it summer’s coming …get you’re none drink’s ready haha…..lemon is going to my favourite drink plus it’s cheaper it’s healthier it’s going to save me a fortune am so happy probably one of the best thing’s I’ve bought price & quality enjoy it guy’s Buy it I hope it stay’s this price

Fantastic lemon juice, great size so should keep me going for a while. Excellent with boiling water and a couple of spoons of honey.

If you want super strong lemon juice pay more for the juiciest lemons, this juice is made from the small lemons the supermarkets didn’t want. It’s perfect with ice cold water first thing in the morning and it makes lovely Italian lemon ice cream or sorbet in my Ninja Creami.

This is a superb product and when I first bought it it was £7.99. It is now nearly FOUR times the price, which makes it unviable when I can get another make for £2/L. This price hike puzzles me.
