You can feel it start working as soon as you start spinning it!
I purchased the GOZATO Auto-Start Wrist Power Gyro Ball. It is a fantastic tool for strengthening the wrists and forearms. With its auto-start feature, using the gyro ball is incredibly easy and convenient. Give it a quick spin, and it activates, providing resistance that engages the muscles in the wrists and forearms. The gyro ball is compact and portable, making it perfect for use at home, in the office, or even while traveling. It offers adjustable resistance levels, allowing users to gradually increase the difficulty as their strength improves. The gyro ball is not only effective for building wrist and forearm strength, but it also helps improve grip strength and coordination. The smooth spinning motion of the gyro ball creates a fun and engaging exercise experience, making it enjoyable to use and motivating to continue with regular workouts. Overall, the GOZATO Auto-Start Wrist Power Gyro Ball is a highly effective and user-friendly tool for enhancing wrist and forearm strength.

Way easy to start and it works!
I owned a power ball quite awhile back and “lent” it to a friend. Since I’ve had issues in to outer forearms since my lifting days, I wanted to get another one of these gyro balls. This one works great and is way easier to start up than my older version. I use it three at least three times a day everyday and then take a day off. I could feel the effects from using it all through my upper body (arms, shoulders, back and chest). Wasn’t an uncomfortable burn or anything. I can just tell which muscles were being engaged.

It was great while it lasted for only 3 weeks
I've had this ball for a little over 3 months and it was great. Now I can't wind it up anymore it has lost its resistance. I did a great job of strengthening my hand and my arm. I wish it still worked

Needs documentation
The third time I tried to set it up, I heard a loud crack and now it will not set. I tried to contact customer service, but Amazon says that service is not available for this item. I will be returning it.UPDATE: I am not sure what happened, but the Gyro Ball started working again. Additionally, once I figured out how to use it, it is one great workout for my hands and forearms. I am deducting one star because there is no documentation with the device. It comes in a really nice box so I would think they would be able to add an instruction booklet as well.

An excellent well built exercise tool.
This is an excellent product. I bought two of them and so far I’ve had no issues. It took a day to develop the sensitivity needed to keep the unit rotating. Once spinning it only takes a little bit more effort to really get it spinning and it becomes one tough cookie to hold on to.Keep in mind this is NOT a perpetual motion machine. If you stop spinning the gyroscopic ball with your finger/wrist/arms it will slow down and stop fairly quickly. It is tricky to get the feel of it however in time you will be doing circle variations, counter circles, figure 8’s, and finger tip rotations. If you hold it with the internal ball upwards it will slow down a lot faster so KEEP THE BALL OPENING DOWN.A common complaint in reviews is that the wind up gyro starter doesn’t work or breaks. Both of mine have worked just fine. I am assuming that most of the people who have had issues with the wind up starter A.) did not read the instruction paper, B.) failed to hold the ball in place when winding it up, and/or C.) excessively over rotated the starter beyond it’s stopping point. I expect a little common sense would go a long way in resolving these issues.I am very happy with the purchase and have convinced several other people to buy one. The unit has a quality build and I highly recommend it.

Funny, but results are results!
I had come across one of these about a year ago and thought it was interesting. Unfortunately the make and model that a friend had is no longer on the market, at least not labeled the same. This model seems a bit noisier but it does have the same oscillation power I expected. It was a bit of a learning curve but a short one. My hands and wrist began to respond just after a few days use. At first I was afraid to even spin it up without using the safety strap but now, just after a week, I don’t feel it’s necessary. The ache I had in my forearm and wrist are gone now and I’m even seeing some improvements in my rotary cuff by making circles while the gyro is under a healthy rpm.I ordered a second model that was all metal, a bit heavier and had reviews saying it was much quieter and had less play in it. Well, it did. The only problem was that it had very little wobble at all, was more of a stabilized gyro that just hummed. It was returned and I’m sticking to this model for now. At half the price and twice the performance with great results I’ll put up with a bit of noise.I’d rather it make noise than my shoulder!

So far so good (with a couple minor notes
The Bad:1. In half a week of consistent use the polished mirror metal finish has worn down where skin contact occurred. (pictures for reference)1.5 It is to be expected when hand oils are introduced however, it makes me sad that it has changed so rapidly (any advice on restoring/polishing would be apprciated)2. After a week of consistent use the provided wrist strap broke.(At the moment this is an iritation and I am currently waiting on an order of wrist straps from amazon)The Good:1. I love the heft of the machined steel product and it feels like a good quality item.2. using the gyro ball is a fun experience and has encouraged me to exercise daily.Overall:1. This product has encouraged me to keep a daily exercise routine, even for something as small as rotating my wrists.2. I feel like the product is a quality machined item (steel variant)3. I am dissapointed that the wrist strap broke so easily.4. I have not noticed any amazing grip or muscle benefits yet, after another couple of weeks I'll be sure to update the review.
