Fun Express 14" Happy Kids Stuffed Hand Puppets with Movable Mouths - 8 Puppets - Multicultural - Great for School and Home

These hand puppets were a great value -- 8 puppets with varied hair, clothes, and skin color, AND you can make their mouths open and close! Not bad for about $4.25 a puppet. (Note: most children under the age of 5 don't have hands big enough to make the mouths work, but my 4-year-old granddaughter had a blast with just having the puppets over her hands. This is a toy she can enjoy now, but will definitely grow into!) The puppets I received had a mix of red, black, brown, and yellow hair, with 4 in dresses and 4 in shirts & pants, and 2 of them had glasses sewn on. The material and workmanship were just fine -- certainly acceptable for the price.

I bought these for my grandchildren, ages 5 through 9. These are not as detailed, perhaps not as high a quality as other hand puppets I've seen while shopping for these. BUT . . . for beginning puppeteers, I think they are quite appropriate and just adorable. They are what I think of as a sort of Muppet style. I also especially liked that there are multiple races represented in the assortment, since two of my grandchildren are adopted from another continent. Too cute! I'd but them again in a heartbeat!

I bought these for my grandson to use with his puppet show stage that we also purchased on Amazon. These are decent quality for the price and you get alot of them! I liked the variety that was in the box. We named them all and had a blast doing puppet shoes on Christmas day. All the puppets have been introduced to all of his other stuffed animals. I liked this best for 2 reasons. 1. The variety. This helps a child learn to play with people of all races and teaches that we are all the same even if we look different and 2. My grandson is autistic with difficulty communicating and speech is delayed. Using the puppets to play helps encourage his speech and learn how to communicate.

Great gift

The media could not be loaded. It’s hard to move the mouths, easier to move the arms. It’s very light and cheap material but still works for babies and toddlers. They also work if you have a very low budget but if you have the budget, I recommend spending more on higher quality puppets. You get what you pay for. I do like the diversity and different characters though. They didn’t cost much so no need to return.

ABSOLUTELY FUN !!!!!!!! These are great for fun time.. no matter where you are !! KIDS LOVE THEM !!!

So glad I ordered these puppets for my private practice to use in the children theater. They are an excellent price and allow my clients to find a puppet that best represent their ethnicity in their story and narrative development. While not super high-end quality; the price point is low enough that I feel comfortable replacing them as needed without a huge investment. I would highly recommend these puppets for a children's theater setting in practice settings, daycares, and classrooms.

I bought these for my 3 year old as a starter pack. She got a puppet theatre and instead of spending $20-30 per puppet as some of the name brand puppets are, I thought I'd try these out. The price was great. They are smaller and not heavy so they are perfect for her at 3 years old. I am very happy with the wide variety and she shows them to us to ask which character we'd like to see next. They are cute and colorful and seem durable. I believe for this age group these are better than the bigger more expensive puppets. They are just the perfect size. They also can fit side by side nicely when her brother plays too. She can out them on easily by herself!
