Awesome dry yeast!
This stuff is a beast. I used this in a cream ale. It helped with clarity, and for a dry yeast, was perking away the next morning. This is a great yeast for beers that you dont want added esters. Very clean fermentation and let your grains shine!

Check the dates
Updated from 2 to 4 stars: North Mountain Supply honored their Freshness Warranty and replaced expired packs.Original: Arrived quickly and most are fine, but two out of eight of the packets were out of date.

A good selection at a good price
This has a very good selection of Safale brewing yeasts - all the ones I usually rely on - at a very good price. The yeast's use-by dates are all a year or so in the future, so it appears to be quite fresh.

Not as fresh as expected
I could not find the "North Mountain Supply Freshness Guarantee" anywhere. The yeast I received is eight months from expiration. OK I guess. But certainly at least 16 months old, maybe more. 1st packet used worked fine. OK.
