Is the mint strong enough? Would it be too mild?

They’re fairly mild but very tasty and fresh more of a spearmint than extra strong

They are sweets with no medicinal properties, apart from a laxative effect. So while pleasant to eat, as long as you don't have too many, I should think any actual active medicinal effect will be limited , to non existent. They do taste nice. Just don't eat a box in one go. Please don't.
