Ortega Tortillas, Cauliflower & Flour, 8 Inch, 8 Tortillas

These cauliflower tortilla shells are very good tasting! They are thinner than the flour, but that's a good thing in my opinion. They don't taste like cauliflower, just better than flour. Lighter and not chalky like some of the thicker tortillas do. For a bit of a healthier quesidilla, I sprayed, Can't Believe it's Not Butter spray" on one side of the tortilla, laid it down in the pan, sprinkled generously with Kraft fat free cheddar cheese, a few pickled jalapeños and topped it with the other tortilla, sprayed on the outside side. Cooked on medium heat, until lightly browned. You must be careful and keep a close watch, because they tend to cook faster than the flour ones. I cut in triangles and dip in Pace Restaurant Style salsa. It's thinner than the regular salsas, but I like it better. This way will cut the fat and calories, if you choose to.

Some shells have a "sourness" to them. These don't!!!Just the opposite, they have a sweetness which is awesome and they DON'T taste like cauliflower.

When I first.ordered I was hooked, and my dinner guest also. I have even purchased a few packs for them. 😋The taste, the texture are wonderful👍👍. BUT....... As I have continued to order, the tortilla size has been down sized to large taco, instead of good size burrito as they were at first👎.🤔Why are they being made.smaller???? As I said, great taste and texture, but smaller wrap. Not ok. I will continue to buy because they are that good, I just don't understand why they're making them smaller. Great product, but, original size please, and thank you👍

yThese are so good and don’t taste like cauliflower at all, yummy wrap without the carb guilt! Wish I would known about these along time ago, they are quite thin but not too thin that brakes while wrapping.

I have a wheat sensitivity and was looking for gluten free tortillas that are bigger than the tiny ones at the store. It's on me for not reading ingredients or catching the "cauliflower and flour" part. But it's really messed up that these are the first result you get when you search "gluten free tortillas." When that happens and you see cauliflower on the wrapper, you kinda assume it's gluten free. I gave these to my husband and went back to my super expensive almond flour wraps, he says they're not bad. I just wish the search feature was a little more honest.

I ordered this incorrectly instead of "regular" tortillas and thought well, my mess up we'll just try them. HOLY GOODNESS are they HORRIBLE! They cook nicely, wrap nicely ... but the TASTE is awful. I love cauliflower crust pizza and other cauliflower option. These taste like that sour raw cauliflower/cabbage or like when you burp up vegetables when you have acid reflux. lol that distinct. Just chalk it up to booboo on my part but these are a booboo on the recipe part.

This product was listed in the Gluten Free catagory and was not so disappointed and threw them away after I tried one tasted terrible

NOT ENTIRELY GLUTEN FREE:I hate how gluten free tortillas always crumble when I use them for burritos or wraps, and these don’t do that!! The flavor was incredible, they were nice and bendy. I literally made them into burritos and folded them and everything and they didn’t crack. This is my new favorite brand of tortillas. I don’t think I’ll ever willingly use another brand again. Thank you for making a quality gluten free product that is also affordable.
