NESCAFÉ EDG315.B Dolce Gusto Genio S Plus Automatic coffee machine Black by Delonghi

I am truly happy and satisfied with this machine. Been using it for about two months now. It is my first time trying DG machine. It is so compact that it does not take so much space in my kitchen! I can even bring it to my out of town trips I want to. Quality of the coffee is good. The sound it makes is not that loud and it heats up pretty quick! I also like the fact that it auto shuts off after a certain time so even if I forget to do so, no problem at all. Easy to use. There is a more variety of pods to choose from which I really appreciate.The machine though is not that tall so do not expect your tumbler to fit especially if the tumbler is quite tall (not the cup type). I had to transfer the coffee to my tumbler if I want it on the go. My husband though find the taste not strong enough to his liking (he tried the cafe au lait, which by the way is good for me) but I guess we just have to choose a pod that has a stronger flavor.Overall, I would highly recommend this machine. A perfect way to make a cup of coffee at home that tastes like the ones in coffee shops!

This is my forth coffee machine over thirteen years. This is the second one of this model. I hope this one lasts longer thantwo years. They have all eventually leaked water all over the place. They seem to get to around 1.000 cups and start to leak. On the plus side ,this model looks good and is automatic, so no more having to stand and watch it make the coffee.The price is good too. The pods have gone up in price, but they do taste good. smaller than the first two, so does not take up as much room on the the kitchen counter.

Purchased this in Jan 2024 and it was fine until it stopped dispensing waterTo be fair after contacting Amazon I was put straight through to Consumer Engagement Services of Dolce-Gusto who were lovely and helpful - to a point. I explained that machine has stopped pumping water. I descaled, cleared the water injector with the pin. Still no water was coming out.Consumer Engagement Services sent me an email with a few things to try - but none of it has worked. I was advised to cut the plug off, take a picture of machine (sans plus) and send to them, upon receipt of the emailed pictures, only then would they send a replacement machine which would take 2+ weeks to arrive.I have no problem with doing this, just disappointed that after doing everything they suggested machine is still faulty - yet I have to wait for a replacement.

Nice to get a good coffee again . Had an earlier model and this just as good
