Activated charcoal has so many great uses, but the only way I used to get it was in the capsules. I finally got around to buying it in a powdered form and this stuff is exactly what I wanted. I have many uses for it and won't list them here, but if you are looking around for activated charcoal and are getting overwhelmed by choices, just get this one. It comes in a medium sized Ziplock pouch, is very fine and dissolves quickly in water. Just be careful to not get it all over, it is very fine and can easily make a HUGE mess. Keep it away from kiddos and pets. Mixes great with water for drinking, and also should be a staple of any first aid/medicine kit because it is what hospitals use for poisoning and overdosing.

Quality is great and the package is about right for what I’ll be using it for easy open access and closing.

Use this stuff in my homemade black, mint/tea tree man soap. Works great in soap making. Very finely ground so disperses easily in the soap batter to give a consistent color.5 stars for soap making use.

Works well

Used this for a candida cleanse and it worked like a dream. On an empty stomach, I drank two large glasses of water with a heaping tablespoon in each about 90 minutes apart. (You can find full instructions on Reddit, it works!) This allowed the charcoal to reach the entire lining of my gut and pull the candida away. I've never felt better!

* see update belowI learned that powdered activated charcoal is what they use on ambulances to adsorb things that have been consumed that are toxic.I had heard from other sources of the many things that it can be used for like gas, bloating, and so much more. It's quite fascinating to dig in to it's uses.After doing some research I decided that I wanted the kind that is made from coconut fibers.I'm glad to see that this won't expire if I keep it in a cool dry place.This should be plenty to last us forever.-------------------------UpdateThis powder if very fine. You can see where I'm storing in the cupboard. It gets all over stuff if you're not careful. This is with the bag closed. Just the leftover stuff from using some gets on the bag.There is no product info on the back. All the info is on the front.
