Hi, thanks for your question when they are first applied the serums tend to give a “foaming” effect this is actually related not to foaming but to the sliding effect given by the presence of the ingredient - Hydroxyethylcellulose polymer. It is a perfect humectant and additionally helps to active ingredients to enable them to be easily absorbed into the skin.
