These have a very great taste and I'm very pleased with this product. There's not a ton of sugar the consistency is good and it's a great way to get your protein and other vitamins that you need definitely recommend buying this.

Being on Keto isn’t easy but you do learn and adapt fairly quickly. Finding your “go to” foods and drinks makes it so much easier and one of my go to drink is this Atkins Strawberry Shake. It’s so smooth and tastes naturally sweet, not too sweet and not at all of the chemically aftertaste you find on many other keto drinks. Not sure if these are meant to be meal replacements but I do have one for a lunch replacement during work and it gets me through the day. I also grab one as a snack or when craving something sweet.I always keep these on hand when I’m on my keto diet and they work great for me. Lost tons of weight and do not spike my blood sugar levels.

They are my son's favorite. Taste like milk with strawberry sirop but without all the sugar. perfect for meal replacement and some veggies. Smell like a cheescake and you can drink on the rocks or in a smoothie.

If I'd had noticed that there was a bioengineered ingredient in this shake before I bought it, I would have passed on it. Trying to avoid these types of items. Other than that the taste isn't too bad at all and the amount of protein is acceptable. Unfortunately I will not be continuing my subscription because of aforementioned issue.

I love these shakes! They taste fantastic are high in protein and so low in sugar. My favorite breakfast is to pour this shake into some Bustelo coffee over ice. Very filling and incredibly tasty! I sip on it throughout the morning and it keeps me happy.I'll definitely keep buying these.
