Best kind of Magnesium
This is the best kind of Magnesium as it has five types of Magnesium in one pill. I have been taking it for years and recently tried a different brand. Needless to say, the difference was huge. So I ordered it again and it works. I sleep better and I feel calmer.

Quality Product
After reading Dr. Cabot's original "The Diet Cure", I purchased this product. I have now finished the bottle.I feel it is a quality product and did feel some muscle relaxation after taking it several times. I am just not sure whether it is worth the price.I will have to try some other brands for comparison. I know not all supplements can make you feel something right away and no one single is "the answer".I can reccommend it only for it's quality in packaging, freshness, and for having some muscles relax very soon after taking. My muscles get very tight in my neck and shoulders from past injuries. These are chronic so I really did know for sure on that. I am not sure about is the other things magesium is supposed to do because I have not had bloodwork done before or after.I also am not sure that there is not a much less pricey brand that will do just as well but I will report on that later.For now if you want to be sure and get a good one I believe this is good. I did notice that it had more than one kind of magnesium in it and many others didn't.

Amazing --and some unexpected-- Results
My husband gets really band Charlie Horses, or I should say, DID. For over three years we tired a lot or different "remedies," including diet change, but they might have diminished but he still had them. I came across this stuff, and it said it helped relieve muscle spasms and cramps, so I thought I'd give this a shot. So I bought these pills for him, he'd take one before bed (because he got the cramps in the middle of the night) and he didn't even finish the bottle before the leg cramps completely stopped. But that wasn't the only benefit. He's been really stressed at work lately, and that's been having a major effect in the bedroom. Since he's been taking these, it's helped SO much. It's gone back to the way it was when we first were married. Not an expected result, but a really great one! So yeah, I'd say it's worth it.
