I use only 1 pill verses the 2 it recommends and found that it does the trick to calm my nerves and anxieties to allow me to have a decent good night sleep. I think it works better than melatonin and does not leave me groggy in the morning after. Tastes fine and is a midsized pill that is easy to swallow.

So, my anxiety has been very extreme lately. I haven't been in the best headspace, groggy fog brain, not very motivated, or happy. Reading reviews people say take 1 in the morning 1 at night. Well being delivered later in the day I decided to pop a pill on my mouth about 30 min before bed(I usually have a hard time falling asleep and read for about an hr. before falling asleep)WELL I realized 2 hours later I'm not tired at allllll... put the book down tossed turned but WIDE awake lol. Soo got the book back out read another 3 hours I was like why the heck am I so wide awake? why cant I sleep? Then I remembered I popped that TINY(but mighty) lil pill... idk I finally fell asleep around 4:30 very weird sleep, Woke up at 6:30 feeling great not tired and very confused on why I felt so good all day lol. But I will stick to 1 in the morning idk why it does not give me a good comfy night sleep like others, but they do work and I've been feeling pretty happy, less stressed and motivated all day.

I use these to more calmly deal with work, family, friends... really any situation that is destined to have tension at some point. You notice the effects while keeping a clear mind. The only thing is they say the effects start, "Within 30 - 60 min," but depending on what's in your stomach, I've had them take closer to 1.5hrs to notice anything. I still highly recommend.

Took these to deal with stress and didn’t notice a difference at all. Then tried taking them at night to help me fall asleep and had the same result, didn’t help me. I’m sure they work for others, it’s just not the right combination to help me relax or fall asleep unfortunately. The bottle is easy to open and the gels were easy to swallow.

Works great, calms me down, easy to take, and i do recommend if your in need of trying something different to help with stress.
