Worth buying
Really good value for money for the size. Well worth buying. Tastes very good and has a nice texture. Ideal to have with cereal or yogurt, especially if you are aiming to get more soluble fibre in your diet.

This is a good source of. addded fibre. Add the bran to breakfast cereal or add it to toppings e.g. fruit crumbles etc. A great health benefit

Great Oat Bran
Wasn't looking forward to having to eat more fibre but saying that, this Oat Bran has been great.Mixes well with milk or water and tastes great as a porridge. Highly recommend this, even if you don't need to eat more fibre, it's great.

Great value oat bran but could be ground finer!
I'm a big fan of using oatbran as a substitute for regular porridge oats - gram for gram it contains a load more fibre for the same calories. I use this in my daily high protein/high fibre breakfast smoothie as well as for "porridge" (tastes exactly the same).I've previously bought oatbran from Tesco but this pack worked out better value for the bigger size. My only complaint is that it isn't ground as finely as Tesco's one - less of an issue for porridge but if you're blending into shakes/smoothies, the texture feels a bit too grainy/bitty for my liking. I may repurchase after trying the Tesco one again so I can remind myself of how similar/different they are!
