Does this come with a build in speaker? And will it run off of an ipad for power?

No speaker. Just the keyboard. Not sure about the power? Works off the Roland Boutique series of modules like the SE-02. Just plugs into the back of the synth so the power must go through that cable. No USB connections.

can this key board be hooked up to a guitar amp?

The K-25M is designed to connect to any of the Roland Boutique series modules. It cannot be used by itself or connect to a amp.
