Best zwave plus sensor
Best zwave plus sensor if you're ok with the cr123a battery. You can use these for many things other than door sensor because it has a dry contact. Examples of things I am using it for1) garage door tilt sensor. Simply add a 20cent mercury tilt switch. Better and cheaper than the tilt sensor ecolink sells. Picture attached2) patio lock sensor. I don't have a smart patio lock, but I have a bar that I put down. Add a mercury tilt switch and u can see when the patio is locked by attaching to the bar. Same as garage #1, but different angle3) make your smoke and co2 detector smart. Buy the appropriate relay modules for your brand (kidde, brk etc..). Connect the relay to the dry contact of the sensor. Requires 2 sensor, 1 co2 relay, 1 smoke relayRelays on amazon.ca:https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B018A1K9A6/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_6onQEbP5A34FNhttps://www.amazon.ca/dp/B00HQNPOHI/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_i_YpnQEbR77X0SA

Super easy to set up with SmartThings. Reliably accurate door state reporting.
Super easy to add to SmartThings. I clicked on "My Home" on the app, then the "+", removed the battery tab and within a minute the device was added. Works very well without missing a beat. The magnet is strong as advertised so that you don't get "door open" when in fact it is closed as happens to me with the Dome version from time to time.Reliability and accurate reporting is particularly important if you have your locks reacting to the door state.

Powerful and configurable door, window, and contact sensor
Really impressed with these sensors. I bought several to replace Samsung ST door sensors as the batteries weren't lasting. These are a physically larger sensor but that is to accommodate a much larger battery than the coin cells in the ST sensors. Really like the 2 included colour options for the plastic. The mounting plates come with screws and double sided tape to mount to the door frame which the sensor and magnet then clip in to. I found these much easier to install and in many different configurations compared to the ST sensor which I couldn't even get to mount on certain doors. A bonus is the dry contact on the PCB which you can easily wire to an existing door or window reed sensor from a security system, there is even a hole in the case for the wire to run through and another hole for a power cable to pass through should you wish to wire 3V power. The dry contact can be used for any 2 wire switch as well such as a mercury switch which turns the sensor into a tilt sensor, perfect for a garage door (see photo). Z-Wave setup was easy too I just put my Hubitat into Z-Wave inclusion and pulled the battery strip on the sensor and it immediately included into the Hubitat as a generic Z-Wave Contact Sensor. With the generic driver it accurately reports the contact status (whether magnet or wired), battery level, and tamper indicator which activates when the plastic cover is removed. Highly recommend this sensor, especially if looking for a Smartthings sensor replacement.

Works Excellent with ISY994 with their 500 series board.
Works Excellent with ISY994 with their 500 series board. Will soon be migrating everything to a UD Polisy with their ZMatter 700 board and considering it works so well with the ISY994 I expect it will be just as good with the Polisy or the new EISY.

Breaks Easily
Not bad to get setup. I got it setup and working before mounting it to the door. As soon as I mounted it to the door with the double sided tape, it wasn't reporting properly. ie)Door open/closes.I went to take the main component (not the magnet part) off the door and the case popped open ripping the battery connector in half. Now it's a PoS. Not impressed.
