What shower faucet handle is this compatible with?

Hello. Technically there are a lot of handles that are compatible with this cartridge. Any of the handles that were used with a R111 series valve or our current flash valves (model numbers start with "TU") will work. Sincerely, Your American Standard Consumer Connection Team.

What American Standard handles are compatible with this cartridge?

This is obsolete. American Standard expects customers to rip thier walls out every few years instead of providing another part number for newer cartridges. Call them and put pressure on them to answer for this.

What dose the other side of the cartridge look like? Is it the one with a mettle hook like arm? Any one have photos?

The pressure balancing unit with the metal hook on the other end or better put the rectangular lever with a notch in it that moves left to right to determine hot versus cold water and up and down to control water pressure is American Standard: 023529-0070A 47mm cartridge with seals included.

Does this come with the seals?

The seals are integral to the balancing cartridge. No other parts needed.
