My wife is a dietitian and she recommends these. Not to much junk in them and low sugar! I use one of these at least a day after workouts and sometimes two after a more strenuous one. Taste great and doesn't taste syrupy. Overall for the price per serving one of the best out there!

These tablets have saved me during pregnancy. I had a hard time drinking water and these were a game changer.They do the work. Their pill size is good but it doesn't fit in a bottle easily so I cut them in half with my hands.

I have purchased these ​tablets in the past and had no issues.. At first​, I thought it was me. The tables when put into water ​t​aste like soap. I bought ​a box of 4 ​p​ack. Half of the tube taste like soap and the other tablets would be fine. So I thought I had not cleaned out my water bottler property. Then yesterday I got very sick like I had ​a s​tomach flu from drinking the water with these tables.Today I went ​o​nline to see if ​a​nyone else had left reviews about the tablets ​tasting taste like soap. Someone commented about ​o​ut-of-date tablets. I never ​​thought to check a date stamp. I ordered my tablets ​o​n 11-24-24. ​My box has a date stamp of 10-20-24.. They were out of date when shipped to me.. I am going ​to try and get my money back from Amazon.
