i use this for all my kids from 3 to 9 and have to say its one of the most effective ! The kids also never complain about the taste which is always a big bonus!For those in the US who maybe unfamiliar with this brand, it is one of the most tried and tested brands in the UK with pretty much every hospital and child household having at least one bottle of Calpol( the sister pain and fever reducer) !

Meg. Did nothing for my daughters cough
How come no leaflet in the box? I've tried it on 2 different occasions advised by 2 different pharmacists. It is the most useless thing ever.
