I purchased a dust cover for it as it sits on the counter and this prevents dust and dirt from getting into the bowl and on the mixer. The stainless bowl is excellent quality and the handle is sturdy and useful. All good as far as I'm concerned. Why buy something cheaper and then have to purchase again and again? I purchased the product, head stopped rotating after a few uses, although I paid for an additional one-year guarantee; when I called Amazon, I was pushed to talk to Salama Care, called Salama care pushed back to Amazon, and then was advised to reach out to the supplier in UAE, called them, they needed the invoice which can not be obtained since it is from a different country, long story short, very disappointed with the product which appears to be very fragile, very unsatisfied with the customer care process and support, what is surprising, saw similar comments on the reviews.
