Pump shipped fine, no major dings in the box or anything
Pump shipped fine, no major dings in the box or anything. When I finally got around to opening the box though I first put the pump on a workbench and opened the little box on the side of it, just to check things out and tinker... SUPER glad I did because of the two the spade terminals in there one was barely on and the other was completely disconnected! Took a star off for shoddy workmanship and QC at the factory, that would likely cause other (less tinker inclined) folks to send this thing back I imagine.Other than that, the hydrotronic (red box on top of the pump) leaked immediately so I had to tighten that a bit.Once the pump was hooked up and I had run all the piping correctly, pump worked like a charm, nice pump so far!

They lose pressure over time
I have replaced three of these in the last year. None of them lasted over a year. Every one had the same issue. Loss of pressure.
