Have been using this brand of Curcumin phytosome for a couple of years as an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever.I have had better results taking Thorne's Curcumin phytosome for inflammation, rather than just taking plain Curcumin.

It's good to know you can take these Curcumin Phystosome capsules, and that they are sustained release, and won't upset your stomach, as many supplements can. Do something good for your body, and add this to your daily regimen!

This is a great product my husband’s going to try it

I waited a few weeks before writing this to be sure it wasn't just a fluke that my pain reduction was so vast, but it was! I experienced for the first time in my life real joint pain in my pinkies (both hands at the same time) almost overnight. Swollen and painful. I hoped it would just go away, but it did not. So, I researched various brands and landed on the third-best rated, Thorne. I am now able to carry groceries with all my fingers (had horrible pain if I looped my pinky into the straps) and can hold my coffee mug with all my fingers again (had to stick my pinky out to avoid pain pressure). I am so very happy with the results and have recommended it to my husband and other family members to research and consider in their daily routine.

My stomach gets upset with curcumin binded with pepper to be absorbable. Instead this product uses phospholipid complex to make the product absorbable without irritation of black pepper. The only one that is similar that I know of is Andrew Lessman Pro Caps Lab
