Super Impressed!
Wow, just wow! I am super impressed with these noodles. They actually taste like pasta and have the perfect texture. I was worried they would crumble like gluten free or just taste odd and nope, they were delicious. I am shocked that they only have 2g of Carbs per serving!! Curious to see how they reheat (leftovers) and I’m excited to try the other options. I bought the variety pack.

Great pasta alternative, but…
This is likely the best pasta alternative that I’ve come across, and I’ve tried many. The texture is a bit lighter than traditional pasta, and it has a more springy “bite”, but I like that as it doesn’t feel or sit as heavy as wheat pasta. The flavor is very neutral, so it goes with absolutely everything you pair it with. You can’t beat the low carb and calorie content, so it’s perfect when you’re craving pasta but don’t want the calories or carbohydrates.Sounds great, right? It almost is - but…This comes already hydrated and packed in water. If you’re anything like me, you *detest* runny, watery sauce on your pasta (and pasta substitutes). I didn’t realize how much water this hangs on to, so my first meal was a runny, watery mess. Dislike. On my second meal, I drained thoroughly (as thoroughly as possible, anyway, this stuff REALLY holds a lot of liquid), and then I used a generous amount of paper toweling to further squeeze out every last bit of moisture that I could get out of it. That was much better, and really helped improve my dining experience, but I suggest doing this even 2-3 times more, as I still had more moisture than I think is ideal.Squeezing the moisture out of the larger pasta is far easier in the spaghetti and fettuccini. It’s kind of a lesson in futility with the orzo, though, as it sticks to the paper toweling a bit too well. I also tried just pressing it out while it was in my strainer, but that’s not very successful, either. For that reason, I won’t be purchasing the orzo and don’t recommend it, and likely also won’t recommend the angel hair, but if you really get the moisture out of the spaghetti and fettuccini before pairing with your sauce (maybe even cook it off a bit in a hot pan to reduce the moisture even further), there’s a lot of potential here as a great alternative to traditional pasta.I think it’s worth my time to experiment a bit further with this, so I’ve set up a Subscribe-and-Save subscription for the fettuccini (which IMO is the best of the bunch here), and will update my review if I find a way to make this an even more successful pasta alternative. Further, if the manufacturer has tips for reducing the moisture content prior to use, I’d love to know them, as that’s the thing that prohibits this from being a five star review.

Stay away if you have a sensitive stomach
Giving it 3 stars because the taste wasn’t bad. Took away 2 stars for a the toilet trauma I just experienced. Ok so the first one I tried was the fettuccine. It was ok. The pasta sauce I used was kind of bland so the experience was meh. Last night I decided to be more inventive and tried the spaghetti with some delicious sauce I made. I made sure to rinse it really well and I stir fried it first before mixing it with the sauce. Came out pretty great. To the point that the texture wasn’t that noticeable at all. But now fast forward to this morning. I had woken up and drank my morning ketones. My stomach started hurting and I found it weird as my ketones drink don’t make my stomach hurt at all. So I run to the bathroom and unload. Omg what happened next to was the stuff of nightmares. I see what looks like a worms (forgetting about the spaghetti last night) and thinking I’m here releasing parasites. And then it hit me. Omg the noodles. But that hasn’t happened with the fettuccine style ones. So whatever I figured whatever it’s made of is not digestible. Then about 45 min later after drinking like 32 oz of water I run to the bathroom and I kid you not the rest of the package came out. All intact. Exactly how it comes when you first open it. Then it turned into nonstop diarrea. So needless to say, if you have a sensitive stomach, just stay away. Other than that it’s not a bad pasta substitute if you season well. Hope this review was helpful.

I liked it and WILL buy it again.
Been on the Low Carb Diet. There were mixed opinions, I absolutely loved it however I havent had pasta in a long time. Texture was a little different but tasted exactly like spaghetti to me. My daughter and son-in-law tasted it (Not on diet) and ate it but preferred the actual spaghetti more. If you are on a Low Carb Diet this is a great option and I think you will like it. I did and for the cost it’s worth the shot to be able to eat pasta again. :-) It was very easy to use, didn’t smell, very filling as there was a lot in the pack, good value for the money, and appeared to be good quality.
