The kit comes with everything you need to easily install it, including a sticker template as a guide to mount the unit. Even with limited space, this fits easily under the sink. The kit comes with additional connectors should you need them, depending on your pipework.The difference that this filter makes is incredible. The chemical smell is eliminated, the overall taste is vastly improved and as we had an orientation hole already blanked off, installing the additional tap was so easy. The flow is great and there have been no leaks at all.The kids can grab filtered water whenever they like.Almost bought a Virgin water machine but was put off by the expensive monthly cost. I'm so glad I went for this instead.This is a great value for money and have recommended to family too.

Very impressed. Easy to install and all adapters are there fot a typical UK cold feed supply. You can smell the difference of the water ( reducing the chlorine smell) and its alot better taste.

Need a special spanner to install but really great water filter. Fits nicely under our sink and the taste is great. There is a lower pressure with the cold water, but it’s not too bad.

This is really good. Water tastes amazing and the difference is immediately noticeable. I was a little disappointed to notice limescale in my brand new kettle after just a couple weeks. Other reviews had suggested as much as a year since they noticed the same. However we may just be in a very hard water area.We had our plumber install this running a new cold mains water feed separate from the softener. It was really easy for him to do. The tap and filter are the perfect size and the styling is really premium. It matches perfectly with our other tap which was my hope. Honestly for the price you can’t go wrong. I’d have been looking at up to £300 to try and get a similar tap to the one I already have but with a little filter knob built in!We chose to install this one in the worktop and honestly it looks like it was meant to be. Seamless!Yes there’s always more you can do. I believe you can stack extra filters side by side from waterdrop. I’m not sure what I’ll do but even if I decide to go all in and upgrade to a reverse osmosis and remineralisation system I can likely reuse this tap and in the meantime it’s a vast no brainer improvement to the water we’ve been drinking!

Really premium product. Easy to install and ready to use. Highly recommend if you want pure drinking water from the sink.

Early days as only just fitted my 10-UF filter. Suitably impressed how simple to install & connect. Noticeable drop in residue left behind with hot drinks compared to unfiltered tap water & a filtered water dispenser 'per cup' boiler thing that needed constant descaling, which was the prompt to try an under-sink unit and revert back to a regular kettle.Definate drop in water pressure at the tap although the filter speed is still a good flow rate. I assume this is in part to the filter, but mostly because the flexi-pipes supplied are a smaller gauge than the originals so act as a reducer. If it worsens over time, I plan to use a dual purpose tap that has a regular mixer with dedicated filter water tap in one unit, as the sink only takes one fitting & I'm not chopping holes in the worktop because leaks (potentially).Good value item when compared to jugs, etc.. that need more frequent filter changes. Seems sturdy enough, and swapping filter catridges is a doddle. Overall, I'd recommend this item.

Great product. Installation was a bit tricky in my kitchen (25mm pipes) but I managed to do it with a few plumbing pieces. Thanks Karina for the great support from the company and refunding the cost of the extra plumbing parts I purchased.Water tastes super nice.
