Great way to keep track!
The quality of the diary and the layout are brilliant. It’s great to keep track of your workouts and for the first time I can reflect back to previous weights and not improvements. It’s a great motivator! A tip for those ordering - fold the corners at the top when you’ve completed a page and you can turn straight to your next workout! :)

Love the design and layout
I love having everything on one page, makes it easy to plan and sort out my workouts.One thing I'd love to see or have space for us for me to log my steps and PBs. The notes section and cardio is great for this, just having a separate section for that would be good.Overall happy with the book and the amount of space given.

Well laid out and easy to use
I normally just write my work out log into a plain notebook. I found this workout log and had a closer look. At the top of the page you can can record the date; day; training focus ie. legs;back etc. The rest of the page is laid out to record up to 11 exercises. To the right of this you can record weight and reps up to 6 sets. Plenty enough for most gym users. At the bottom of the page is a section for recording your cardio type with level; time and ovals. Underneath this is a small section for additional notes you may want to add. This workout log is gold! Much better than the notebook I was using previously.

Perfect Log for tracking progress
Just what I wanted, a practical workout log which is perfect for setting and tracking your fitness goals. Also a section to cover cardio workouts as well. Good price point for the quality of the product in my opinion.

For the price it'd okay.I wish it had a section next to each exercise where I could put notes on how to improve how I felt etc so it's more detailed for me.
